How To Obtain A Tennessee Marriage License

Let’s be honest, for most of us the idea of going to a Government office to do just about anything, conjures images of long waits and complicated processes. But thankfully this is one area where Tennessee makes things simple. In Sevier County, Tennessee it’s even easier!

Pre-Application Form

To be more efficient, Tennessee provides a web form that you can complete before visiting the County Clerk’s office. This will put your basic information into the County Clerk’s database before your arrival, saving you time in person when you pick up your marriage license. https://secure.tncountyclerk.com/marriageform/marriageform.php?countylist=78

NOTE: The information shared on this form is solely between the State of Tennessee and the couple. As an officiant, I do not have access to your information.
